Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your tour with Sud Maroc Holiday. By booking a tour with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  1. Booking and Payment: 1.1. To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour departure date. 1.2. Payments can be made via bank transfer or online payment methods accepted by Sud Maroc Holiday. Any additional charges related to payment transfers are the responsibility of the client. 1.3. If the booking is made within 30 days of the tour departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking. 1.4. Sud Maroc Holiday reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received by the due date.
  2. Cancellations and Refunds: 2.1. In case of cancellation by the client, the following refund policy applies: – Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour departure date: the deposit is non-refundable. – Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the tour departure date: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded. – Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour departure date: no refund will be provided. 2.2. Sud Maroc Holiday reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or alternative tour options will be offered to the client.
  3. Travel Insurance: 3.1. It is strongly recommended that clients have comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accidents, and loss or damage to personal belongings. 3.2. Sud Maroc Holiday will not be responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to the client’s failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.
  4. Health and Responsibility: 4.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physically able to participate in the activities and tours offered by Sud Maroc Holiday. 4.2. Clients with any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary restrictions must inform Sud Maroc Holiday at the time of booking. 4.3. Sud Maroc Holiday reserves the right to refuse a client’s participation in a tour if their health condition or behavior poses a risk to themselves, other participants, or the smooth operation of the tour.
  5. Itinerary Changes: 5.1. Sud Maroc Holiday reserves the right to modify the itinerary or substitute accommodations, transportation, or activities if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. 5.2. Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated to the client as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be provided.
  6. Travel Documents and Requirements: 6.1. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for the duration of the tour. 6.2. Sud Maroc Holiday will not be responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to the client’s failure to obtain or provide the necessary travel documents.
  7. Liability: 7.1. Sud Maroc Holiday acts as an intermediary between clients and various service providers (hotels, transportation companies, etc.) and is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by the actions or omissions of these service providers. 7.2. Sud Maroc Holiday will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by the client due to events beyond ourcontrol, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or any other unforeseen circumstances. 7.3. Sud Maroc Holiday is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the tour. Clients are advised to take necessary precautions to secure their belongings.
    1. Conduct and Behavior: 8.1. Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other participants, local communities, and the environment during the tour. 8.2. Sud Maroc Holiday reserves the right to terminate the participation of any client who engages in illegal activities, exhibits disruptive behavior, or fails to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by our guides or representatives.
    2. Photography and Promotional Materials: 9.1. Sud Maroc Holiday reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
    3. Complaints and Disputes: 10.1. In the event of any dissatisfaction or complaint during the tour, clients should immediately inform Sud Maroc Holiday’s representative, who will make every effort to address and resolve the issue. 10.2. Any disputes or claims arising from the tour or these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Morocco and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
    4. Privacy Policy: 11.1. Sud Maroc Holiday respects the privacy of its clients and will only collect and use personal information for the purpose of providing the tour services. 11.2. Personal information provided by clients will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the operation of the tour or as required by law.
    5. Severability: 12.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    By booking a tour with Sud Maroc Holiday, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
